Our initiative is completely altruistic: everyone contributes their time and effort selflessly, always in good faith and with the same common purpose —to offer truthful, clear, and transparent information.
1️⃣ Most visible success: the Board publishes the official project price
Thanks to neighborhood pressure, the Board of Delegates has finally made public the official figure of the project: €28,500 for every 1,000 m² of land.
For the first time, this data appears in writing and sent to all owners, not just those who attended the meetings. (Read it in more detail here →)

🟦 2️⃣ Legal advance: administrative contentious claim filed
Given the non-admission of the challenge to the minutes of the last Board meeting by the City Council of Corbera, an administrative contentious claim has been filed. (See this initiative →)
The objective is to review the validity of the minutes and guarantee the principles of legality, transparency, and equity among owners.
A firm step to defend the rights of all neighbors.
🟨 3️⃣ Institutional collaboration: contact with the City Council of Els Hostalets de Pierola
We have contacted other City Councils and are monitoring very closely the solution that the City Council of Els Hostalets de Pierola is leading to make individual sanitation a viable, legal, and much cheaper option. (See this success case →)

Contacts have been established with different municipal groups and local representatives to convey neighborhood concern and foster dialogue. (See this initiative →)
The goal is to ensure that transparency, equity, and technical review of the project are treated as an institutional priority.

🟥 5️⃣ Next goal: call for an Extraordinary Meeting
We are working to call an Extraordinary Meeting that allows reviewing the project with real participation of all owners.
It will be the opportunity to propose alternatives, demand an economic audit, and debate on equal terms.
Neighborhood union will be decisive to move forward with guarantees and common sense.
