What is this initiative about?
The goal is to pressure the Board of Delegates to replace the agenda of the upcoming Extraordinary General Assembly. This is the only formal and legal way we have, protected by law, to force them to debate and vote on the points that really concern us (such as the cancellation of the "savings quotas" or the analysis of alternatives), instead of those proposed unilaterally by them.
How can you join this request?
To request an Extraordinary Meeting, the law requires that a minimum percentage of owners (according to ownership coefficients) formally request it. It is not enough to want it, we must sign the petition.
